University Hotels
We have prebooked rooms in our University hotels CP1 & CP2 for which please register with us for them, writing an email to [email protected] no later than March 1, 2027. For other hotels, please book reservations directly.
This hotel belongs to the Politehnica University and is a basic 3-star one, with a great position, in city center, in the main Victoriei Square. This hotel is recommended for PhD student participants.
Single Room – 130 RON (~25 Euros)/room
Double Room – 180 RON (~35 Euros/room)
Breakfast + Free Wi-Fi included.
There are no elevator facilities.
The university has another hotel, CP2, a plus 3-star hotel. It is a newly refurbished hotel, in the city center, and about 10 minutes walking distance from the conference venue.

These hotels are near the main venue location of Politehnica University of Timisoara. The usual hotel costs are between 35 – 100 Euro per day/room.
