Overview

The special session welcomes contributions from high school teachers and their students, from undergraduate students with their professors linking schools and universities through research. By sharing experience and opening networking opportunities, the session intends to distil best practices in teaching experiences in using coding and computing, creative problem-solving and algorithm design in all fields, from the arts and humanities, from computing and math through all the Science Technologies Engineering and Math disciplines. Collaborative projects between school and universities are also welcomed, offering bridges between undergraduate students acting as mentors for high school students and mutual mentorship opportunities between educators and students. Contributions from teachers and undergraduate students are particularly welcomed.

Topics of Interest

Contributions could include but are not limited to the following topics:

  • Technologies, pedagogies and content for coding and computing in STEAM where the A stands for all other disciplines
